  The pies were Stone cold. I didn't realize til later. I saw the girl take 2 into the back. I now realize those were them as she ripped off the best before sticker.

  As for the food. At least the burger was decent. The fries were barely warm and clearly old once trying to eat them.

  Food is cooked right, never had an undercooked chicken or burger. Fries are sometimes a bit cold, I would like if they more regularly switched them out if they've been sitting.

  Everything about this little McD location inside WM is far, far superior to the dump that is the main location down the road. The staff keep it clean, the condiment trays are stocked, the food is prepped and served quickly (because there's no drive-thru). The fools at the William Street location couldn't hope to even come close to running a show like this or the one in Pt.Hope.

  is one of the most unsanitary we have visited across Canada and in the USA. I am also going to report this ongoing substandard situation to McDonalds Corporate.. Unacceptable.. Staff is fine, young woman on cash this summer was excellent, but nothing can make up for the flipping flies, dirty floors and poor quality seating materials..What the heck is wrong here.. McD's get your act together now!!

  First. I would complain to the staff about the food but with the empathy they showed the other customers I didn't bother to waste my time.

  Service is good. Orders are taken fast and if it's busy I've seen a second person hop onto a register multiple times.
